XS Entertainment is currently recruiting for A&R Managers and Executives to join the XS Entertainment A&R Team.Having experience in the following would be highly desirable:Minimum 5+ years of experience in music industry (Not essential)Knowledgable in all aspects of music businessExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to work under pressure, to communicate effectively and meet deadlinesOutgoing personality and ability to discuss music both verbally and in writingKnowledge of the music and media landscapePassion and strong understanding for music and pop/urban cultureBig ideas and the belief that anything is possibleAbility to work with others in a positive and productive mannerThe ideal candidates will have a high level of detail and understanding in all aspects of the musicOur aim at XS Entertainment is to build one of the most successful record labels and entertainment companies in the world.
