DescriptionThe Account Assistant manages the client relationship within their portfolio, effectively driving relationships and playing a pivotal role that knits all client activity together. The Account Assistant will work closely with the Account Director/Client Strategist to drive new ideas and ensure that all work adheres to the long-term vision for that account.Our top priority is finding the best candidate for the job and if you are interested in the position, we would encourage you to apply, even if you don’t believe you meet every one of the qualifications below.Taking individual accountability for the running of client accounts in own portfolioEstablish yourself as key contact for client at appropriate level in client organisationActing as the ‘internal client’ for client portfolio and ensuring brand consistency across all workPoint of contact for team issues in the absence of either the Account Directoror Client StrategistAware of financial performance of clients within own portfolio in terms of costings and marginEnsuring that Concept requirements are being met, both for own client accounts and those of Senior Account Executive and Account ExecutiveExperience within client service environment -advertising/marketing or communications backgroundFluency and familiarity with the digital landscape ie social and digital channels and their use as attraction solutionsA good working knowledge of:Human Resource practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritise and work to deadlinesAbility to work with designated and virtual teamsAbility and confidence to advise clients on long and short term strategiesThe ability to build strong relationshipsThe ability to forge long lasting client relationshipsGood MS office skillsJob Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Graduate, InternshipContract length: 6 monthsPart-time hours: 25 per weekSalary: From £1,613.22 per monthBenefits:Company pensionFlexitimeReferral programmeWork from homeSchedule:FlexitimeMonday to FridaySupplemental pay types:Loyalty bonusYearly bonusEducation:A-Level or equivalent (preferred)Experience:customer service: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in England, BR3 3HQJobs Advertisement
