Account ManagerCity of London - hybrid workingFrench/German speakingWhat you will do:Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client and drive continued value of our products and services.Managing the entire sales lifecycle of transactions to ensure visibility into and predictability of the lead-to-close process.Acting as a representative to maintain positive relationships with all employees, customers, partners, and shareholders.Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals.Providing timely and positive resolution of escalated sales-related issuesCommunicating with key customers, business partners and executives on significant issues and accomplishments.What you will need:1-3 years of account management experience in software industryStrong interpersonal communication skills and ability to achieve set goals and deadlinesNatural leadership skills, and ability to mobilize people towards a goalAbility to pick up new technologies easilyGood understanding of Excel, financial modeling, and financial reportingExperience with Salesforce or other CRM platformsPrior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plusKnowledge of the private equity and financial services market preferredWhat you will gain at Intapp:Our culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.
