Job description
This exciting new 2 year fixed term role is for an experienced accreditation manager. This role is to assist QVH Radiology in gaining QSI accreditation, performing gap analysis of current literature against standards and implementing robust documentation/ audit processes required for formal assessment. This role would be suited to a radiographer who leads accreditation within their current trust or an experienced accreditation manager. The aim is to: Manage and lead staff toward QSI accreditation through review, change management and implementation processes. Lead the development and management of projects to enhance clinical practice and patient care. Contribute to the development and delivery of the clinical workforce that is patient focused, affordable and can meet the needs of the organisation. Actively promote the achievements and profile of Community Diagnostic Centre within the Trust on a regional and national level supporting and enabling staff within the Trust to do the same. The main responsibilities are: Lead on the development, implementation and embedding of a Trust wide accreditation process. Ensure all clinical areas have systems in place to support monitoring and compliance of standards of practice. Lead on a robust audit programme that takes place at regular intervals as appropriate, working with the Radiology/ CDC / improvement teams to ensure quality improvement projects are led at department level and across the Trust/the NHS system.Jobs Advertisement
