You will join us on a permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week (Part-time contracts also available). In return you will receive a competitive salary of £21,547.50 per annum. Vibrance is a registered charity supporting adults with additional needs in London and Essex. About our Activity Worker role: You will support adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities who may also have Autism and/or behaviour that challenges to participate in their chosen activities, either 1-1 or within a group, at a community venue, in their home or in the wider community. You must be committed to enabling people with learning disabilities and/or Autism to be “Active Citizens” within Haringey and throughout London. This includes accessing lifelong learning, positive relationships, good health, fun and employment where appropriate. Applicants need to demonstrate a good understanding of the importance of empowerment and choice to individuals in order to support their independence.
