Job descriptionThe Planned Care Directorate is responsible for a wide range of clinical services including General Surgery, Urology, Vascular Surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, ENT, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Endoscopy, Breast Surgery, Pain, Theatres and Anaesthetics and Pre-Assessment. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to be appointed to a permanent post of Admin and Secretarial Services Manager and take a further step in their career progression. You will become part of innovative directorate management team. You will have a proven track record in staff supervision and management and the allocation of resources to meet changing service demands. You should have experience working within the NHS or similar complex organisation. You will possess excellent communication skills and be capable of using your own initiative with minimum supervision. You will manage your time effectively and be able to prioritise your work to meet competing demands.
