Our client seeks an Administration Assistant to support with a range of general tasks across their business. This role will give you access to senior management and work closely with decision makers.Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence- Perform data entry, manage files, and maintain office supplies- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and eventsSkills:- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamThis position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment with potential for growth.
