This position sits within the Professional Conduct Team and will be working remotely. The job Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, on a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in the following: To be the first point of contact for travel, finance, and debt recovery queries for internal and external users/clients. These queries can be via telephone or email and may need to be directed to the appropriate member of staff or department. To assist the Administration Team Lead in the maintenance of spreadsheets and the location of any necessary data in relation to department KPIs and the collation of stats for our lead regulators. Responsible for opening and closing complaints and in collaboration with the colleague responsible for that matter, for the maintenance of files. Responsible for administering busy inbox and other forms of internal and external communications. Responsible for the logistical aspects of committee hearings which includes booking the venue, catering and travel arrangements for panel members and ACCA staff. Responsible for maintaining pre and post publicity on the ACCA website in relation to Disciplinary and Regulatory hearings and the removal of publicity in line with ACCA's retention schedule. Accumulating agenda's, papers and PowerPoint presentations and any other information required ahead of the meetings for the PCD department. Provide cover in the absence of other Administration Officers. Provide adhoc administrative support to the Hearings Team as and when the need arises in relation to pre and post admin for Hearings. Assist PCD team with requests or ad hoc tasks needed to enable them to work efficiently. The person We are looking for someone who possesses: High level of IT literacy including practical experience of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Experience of case management and workflow systems is desirable. Exhibits good organisational and planning skills and a keen eye for detail. Capable of working on his or her own initiative and as part of a team. Good communication skills and ability to work positively in and across teams and departments. Good numeracy skills and experience of financial processes is desirable.
