Salary range: £25,742 - £28,759 FTE: 1 Term: Open-ended Closing date: 3 September 2023 PNDC are seeking to appoint an Administrator to join the Business Support Team, providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Centre. The successful candidate will have experience in a variety of administration processes with strong IT skills across the range of Microsoft Office packages. We are seeking to recruit someone with great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a strong motivation for exceptional service delivery. Some financial skills to facilitate finance and procurement processes, along with a flexible approach to duties and the ability to perform effectively and accurately while under pressure. In addition, the post holder will manage the external facilities contract for the PNDC building, overseeing external contractors carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance for the building, ensuring that the building is operational at all times.
