Job descriptionNG Bailey Freedom Group are looking for a Stores/Administration Assistant to work from our Dartford Office. Contract type: Permanent Salary: competitive + excellent benefits package (private healthcare, private pension, 25 days of paid holiday + 8 bank holidays, optional private dental, etc) Working hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 16:00pm, Friday: 8:00am - 15:30pm, 37 hours per week Duties to include: Oversee stock deliveries Monitor stock levels and monthly stock take Issuing stock to both direct labour and franchisee/contractors Nominated fire marshall & first aid person Assisting Project Managers and Field Managers with administration duties when required Client weekly/daily reporting Administration duties as required Input and monitoring of safety audits completed #LI-DB1 About Us We are one of the leading independent engineering and services businesses in the UK.
