Function Operations – Aerodata Production Location Hersham, Surrey Reference Contract type Permanent Working time Full time Job Summary: NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking an AIM Analyst to join our team. A NAVBLUE Aeronautical Analyst - AIM is responsible for updating and maintaining our digital library of State published aeronautical information and distributing it to relevant production teams for inclusion in our products. As a member of our AIM team, you will be able to use customised tools and processes to meet our high quality standards and adhere to regulations. Responsibilities: Source, analyse and process state published aeronautical information Manage the digital library of documentation and ensure all relevant administrative records are up to date Ensure workload is planned and prioritised to achieve predetermined deadlines. Identify and record all discrepancies with documentation and liaise with state authorities for clarification Communicate effectively with internal customers and external data providers Collaborate and work together in a small team environment to achieve team objectives Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to at all times, notify the relevant personnel of any non-conformities. Required Skills/Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication Effective interpersonal skills; adaptable to all levels of the organization Ability to learn, implement and manage new concepts, systems and processes Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to deal with changing priorities Self motivated and capable of working to strict deadlines Quality driven with meticulous attention to detail Strong team player with good collaboration skills Ability to use initiative and work independently Organisational skills, with experience in file/document management an asset Experience or interest in the aviation industry an asset Agile and SAFe methodologies working knowledge is an asset Qualifications: Educated to ‘A’ level or equivalent. IT Literate.
