With a successful track record of selling on Amazon, we are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Amazon Account Manager to join our team. Located at Kiam House, Birchill Road, L33 7TD, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon account to achieve exceptional sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's expansion while benefiting from the support of our marketing team and in-house graphic designer for Amazon-related initiatives.Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for our cleaning and gardening equipment products.Manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon account, including product listings, pricing, inventory management, and order fulfilment.Utilize data-driven insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyse and improve sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews.Optimize product listings, incorporating relevant keywords and SEO tactics to enhance product discoverability and ranking on Amazon's platform.Collaborate with our marketing team to plan and implement impactful promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns that align with our overall brand strategy.Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and updates to maintain a strong and positive brand presence on the platform.Promptly respond to customer inquiries and reviews, providing excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Identify opportunities for new product launches and expansion into different Amazon marketplaces to diversify our sales channels.Conduct competitive research to gain insights into market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies, and use this knowledge to enhance our competitive advantage on Amazon.Qualifications and Skills:Proven track record in successfully managing Amazon accounts and achieving substantial sales growth for E-commerce businesses.In-depth knowledge of Amazon's Seller Central platform, algorithms, and advertising options (e.g., Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands).Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using Amazon and third-party analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling product listings and effectively interact with customers.Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing trends.Results-oriented mindset with a determined drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience in the cleaning and gardening equipment industry is a plus.Additional Benefits:Convenient working hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.Access to support from our marketing team to collaborate on impactful campaigns.Opportunity to work closely with our in-house graphic designer for Amazon-related initiatives.Company Overview: Equipmart Ltd. is a rapidly growing E-commerce company specializing in the sales of top-quality cleaning and gardening equipment.
