They have been named one of “The Best Cloud Computing Companies to Work for in 2019” by Forbes for the 3rdyear in a row, along with many other accolades.They are proud of their hard-earned awards and recognitions, but know that what really sets them apart from the pack is their associates - talented people who make up the entirety of the success of their organization.The PositionJob Title: Apprentice System EngineerApprenticeship Duration: 12 -15 MonthsLocation: Wales CF15Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pmSalary: £6.50 per hourRole and Responsibilities:As a Systems Engineer Apprentice your training in core responsibilities will be:Provide technical support to partners via telephone, email, and the ticketing system.Liaise with upstream and third-party support partners, providing diagnostic data and replicating customer solutions in a lab environment.Occasionally conducting customer visits with senior staff if required.Cross-over training with Porting teamAssist in maintaining technical documentation to a high standard.Be part of a Rota to cover the office hours between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:Our client: We live by our core values.
