Join us, we’re an Investors in People Gold Standard Company We are seeking to appoint an experienced, skilled Assistant Head Gardener with an eye-for-detail to work for one of our prestigious clients sites in London. You will ensure the highest standard of a wide range of Grounds Maintenance services are delivered to expectation throughout the year as well as managing a team of operatives on site. This will include but is not limited to: grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub pruning, lawn renovations, formal planting. In addition you will liaise with the client and prepare and complete some Word and Excel documents in preparation for client meetings. Key Requirements: Previous Team leader or Supervisor experience Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks Comprehensive Health & Safety awareness Experience in a similar job role Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships PA1 & PA6 qualifications Reliable and consistent work and you will always strive for perfection with an understanding of best horticultural practice. Successful candidates will be required to undergo security vetting due to the nature of the site you will be managing.
