Job description
The Associate Director of Corporate Governance is the lead specialist in the Trust on corporate governance, fulfilling the role of Trust Secretary. They are responsible for ensuring that there are robust corporate governance arrangements in place to ensure the effective management of the Trust including the Trust's governance rationale and associated governance framework. This is a key senior role, operating with a high degree of autonomy, to ensure that the Trust's business is conducted with probity, accountability and in accordance with national standards and regulations.
