In this role, you will be responsible for delivering assigned projects to our customers, achieving or exceeding an acceptable level of customer satisfaction, being the primary point of contact for the customer on all commercial matters. You will have to use internal project execution, third party resources, materials and services to deliver the assigned project scope within agreed requests. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Applying PMO project execution methodology to all projects; actively participating in the continuous development and implementation of PMO, ensuring local applicability and adoption Engaging project leadership to the project team members and promote team working irrespective of where the team members execute their work Supporting and developing our ability to deliver FIV, MIV and MAC type contracts as a single entity Increasing scope and profitability of projects and project schedule control, minimize hidden discounts Supporting project implementation team and managing contractual obligations throughout the project cycle Proactive management of change and risk Supporting leadership to the project team members and promoting an environment conducive to successful team interaction Delivering first class customer service and commitment to continually improve internal processes Who You Are: You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You also break down objectives into appropriate initiatives, actions and you monitor progress appropriately and match appropriate people to the work. You keep up with current and possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace.
