About the Role Baristas - Heathrow Airport T5C We are looking for Full Time (25-35 hours) Baristas to join our Starbucks team at Heathrow Airport T5C. Everyone regardless of age starts on £11.95 per hour! For every hour worked between midnight and 6am, you will earn an additional £1.20, bringing your hourly rate up to £13.15 per hour! As a Barista, you will work shifts between 5am and 2pm, and 12pm and 12am. Please note previous Barista experience will be required for the role. Responsibilities for Barista: Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks products to advise customers in a professional and helpful manner Maintain all unit displays in accordance with Starbucks standards Consistently meet shift/daily average spend, waste and portion control targets Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas Requirements for Barista: Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations. Many of our units sell alcohol - You must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible to serve and comply with licensing legislation.
