An amazing opportunity to join the team at our brand new opening in Kensington.DescriptionWe are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Bartender to join the White Rabbit Projects team at Ember Locke, our brand-new opening in Kensington.As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our vibrant and bustling Bar, Cafe & Restaurant. If you are passionate about creating exceptional experiences, have a keen eye for detail, and possess strong knoweldge of bar operations, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!WHAT ARE MY MAIN DUTIES?You will be tasked with consistently providing high standards of cocktails and beverages. You’ll have extensive product knowledge that will mean you are able to provide excellent customer service and make educated recommendations to our guests.In this role your responsibilities will also include:Delivering best in class cocktails.Upselling of beverages.Upkeeping restaurant standards and always keeping the bar organised, stocked and clean.Completing stock takes.Holding a strong knowledge of our operating systems.Following opening and closing procedures.Being up to date on all H&S and Food Hygiene procedures.WHAT DO I NEED?The ideal candidate will be:A knowledgeable bartender with experience in a similar, fast paced role.Self-motivated and have a proactive approach.Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail.Willing to learn.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Aside from an hourly rate of £13 per hour, we pride ourselves in offering:A supportive, people-focussed culture.Delicious meals whilst you’re at work and discounts across WRP restaurants in your free time.Wellbeing initiatives such as access to Hospitality Action and our Cycle to Work SchemeIn addition to all the above, joining the White Rabbit Projects family opens the door for so much possibility.
