We are the 9th biggest FMCG company and 3rd fastest growing (source Kantar) in the UK We are a challenger brand in both the Cake & Crisps and Snacks categories with real opportunity to make ourselves heard The hard working UK Sales Team at pladis employs approximately 150 people across functions including account management, category management and customer marketing. The Team coordinates the delivery of the commercial budgets across the UK, split into three channels: Grocery; Convenience & Impulse; and Discounters. The Business Development Manager will have full ownership of directly managing a customer worth £45m net sales. What will be your key deliverables? Full end to end Account Management of our biggest customer, Tesco on the Cake category. Leadership of the e-commerce agenda for Tesco across all pladis categories Land NRM and CPI targets Deliver Net Sales, TGC & NS per Tonne budget targets Weekly sales forecast management & accuracy Management of promotional plan, tracking promotional execution for JBP review meetings Leading contact with Demand Planning (leading internal demand reviews) Looking for opportunities for incremental activation and promotions Manage the promotional proposal and authorisation process Full management of dot.com media and activation with support from the dedicated pladis e-commerce team Manage the relationship with Tesco to maximise dot.com performance and participation in new initiatives e.g. Whoosh What do you need for this role?
