This is an excellent opportunity to join the Central Collegiate and support some of the most vulnerable children in the central area of Birmingham. Your role will be both strategic and operational; you will lead initiatives to improve pupil attendance, parental engagement and reduce overall suspensions across the collegiate. You will be based at Ark Victoria Academy but will work with each of the schools in the collegiate, leading sustainable change. This role will suit someone who is looking to work across a group of schools and work with a range of stakeholders, pupils, parents, staff and inclusion experts. The right candidate will be instrumental in improving pupil outcomes in our collegiate and to support our mission to provide every student with a great education and real choices in life, regardless of their background. As a passionate practitioner, you will collaborate with colleagues to minimise exclusions and offer support and advice to families.
