A new opportunity has arisen at a senior level for a Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Specialist. This Manchester / North West HQ firm is an independent, established and sought-after practice. Its teams are highly regarded in Legal 500 and Chambers and the business is led by an innovative and trusted management team. In this role, you will have opportunity to act for a diverse client base including some PLCs, UK subsidiaries, large private limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs and partnerships. Recognised for its technical expertise and with an impressive portfolio of clients, the department attracts significant instructions. The working environment is vibrant and engaging. Of course, the nature of the role at times can be demanding, but the firm's policy is averse to a long-hours culture. The management team looks to ensure appropriate resourcing and support is in place. This immediate requirement is for someone who has sufficient experience to manage technical and complex litigation and also be responsible for supervising and mentoring the team.
