Job description
This role will support the overall creation, delivery, and evaluation of the overall learning strategy. Creating and delivering effective interventions across a wide range of the organisational, team and individual needs. This position will deliver innovative thinking and the ability to draw inspiration from all around, keeping up to date with the latest development across our organisation.Job role -· Collaborate closely with the holidays sales, owners and on park teams to ensure a unified approach to sales strategies and goals.· Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip sales teams with the necessary skills, product knowledge and customer service techniques.· Analyse sales data, performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted training interventions.· Monitor individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing ongoing coaching and support to maximise results.· Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency and optimise sales performance.· Implement training solutions, cohort sessions and calls to discuss challenges and celebrate successes: conduct ad hoc sessions to provide immediate intervention as needed.· Work closely with park management teams to align sales initiatives with guest experience objective, ensuring we deliver on our promise to create amazing memories for all our holiday makers.· Will pro-actively seek to improve all working practices within the holiday sales teams maintain high standards of individual/group performance and continually seek to improve customer service.· Actively seeks out ways to improve performance in sales across the On Park sales teams outbound and revenue generation campaigns.· Demonstrate a flexible attitude towards your work and show resilience in a rapidly changing environment.· Keeping up to date on the latest training trends, developments, and best practices.· Manage and deliver a regular calendar of training.· You may on occasion be asked to perform additional duties unrelated to your role after appropriate training has been given.Person specification -1 Year work experience in a sales focused environmentExcellent Verbal communication skillsTarget Driven, organised and resilientPersonable with strong people engagement and a team playerInquisitive, confident and engagingComputer literateAdaptable & FlexiblePositive Mental AttitudeDesire to succeedAdaptable, professional and reliableTransparent in approachInspirationalAt Parkdean Resorts we don’t leave unforgettable moments to chance.We pitch in, we work hard, and we grow, challenging and inspiring each other to make great things happen every, single, day.
