KEY ACCOUNTABILITY- Job Purpose:Corporate Banking Team focus to build and maintain strong relationship with Korean corporate client(s) and delivers high quality of financial services.Corporate Banking Associates required to assist Senior Managers by conducting research and liaise with customers to provide valuable insights and information for decision making processes.Corporate Banking Associate required to manage and control credit application of customer(s), and prepare documentation for credit approval from senior management of the Branch or/and Head Office.- Main Duties:Execute daily operations including deposit, remittance, loan disbursement, repayment of interest & principal and maintain clear loan transaction historyCheck the compliance with covenants and approval conditions of loanOperate the loan application process and loan reportLiaise with and support corporate clientsAssist Senior Managers to monitor, evaluate and control accuracy and appropriateness of loan or deal transactionProcess operation to initiate, establish and terminate the credit activities of Korean corporate customersConduct periodic credit assessmentVerify D/A, D/P notice processing to the customers and verify settlement processing3.
