About you An innovative and entrepreneurial thinker, interested in improving food/drink quality procedures, you’ll have demonstrable experience with HAACP and food safety systems from a food/drinks manufacturing environment and at least a basic understanding of customer technical requirements. What you’ll be doing We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Manager to manage relationships with our customers from a technical perspective to ensure that their and, ultimately, their consumers’ expectations are met in a timely and positive manner, building strong customer relationships. The role includes but is not limited to: Managing the technical relationship between customers and the Refresco Monitor, reporting key customer KPIs and initiating corrective actions when KPIs are not within defined targets Liaising closely with site quality teams to ensure customer expectations are understood and implemented Facilitating customer site visits/audits to ensure customer expectations are met Ensuring that customer enquiries are met with timely, accurate and appropriate responses Liaison with Refresco commercial account handlers to understand and drive the implementation of customer-driven quality improvements Ensuring that appropriate Refresco technical representation is provided at customer review meetings, including benchmarking exercises. Providing the necessary technical information as required to ensure that actions are agreed, followed up and communicated accurately and on time Liaison with local government TSO’s and EHO’s for the resolution of enforcement queries or actions Liaising with site technical and operations teams to ensure any escalated customer complaints or withdrawals are investigated, the root cause determined and corrective actions put in place, ensuring a timely response to the customer. What you’ll get in return The salary for this role is dependent on experience. Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.30 - 5.00, Fridays 8.30 - 4.00, with the option of working up to two days per week remotely and free, onsite parking.
