We have a great opportunity for a Development Project Manager to work within early development team on our CP7 framework project with Network Rail. The framework will total 5+5 years of multiple projects across the Kent, Sussex & Wessex areas. Projects will consist of structures, earthworks, drainage, buildings, fencing and access points. About you Experienced in the delivery of large multidiscipline projects. Experienced in the management of design, delivery and requirements management in the rail industry for Network Rail and other rail related projects. Ideally experience with network rail projects from Grip 1 to Grip 4. Excellent people skills with the ability to mentor and train at all levels. Self-confidence to build strong relationships internally and externally.
