Job descriptionWHAT WE NEED THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER TO DO As the Digital Marketing Manager for the Incubation Brands portfolio, you will manage the delivery of digital content and programs across key markets at a cross-brand level, including agency management, digital strategy deployment, and development of brand relevant digital content to increase consumer engagement on our brands and deliver measurable financial results. You will be driving the development and execution of best-in-class digital activations that significantly impact the presence and positioning of the Incubation brands, building brand love through Digital channels. Your deep functional experience and know-how, agency management skills, along with an ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and operate within a matrix will be key to your success in this role. Strategic alignment with brand and market teams to develop plans for digital exploitation of brand activities in markets. Monitoring of social listening tools and channels to provide regular guidance on trends, topical content, and brand-specific consumer interests and integration of the same within content and campaign plans. Integrated Brand Communications and Agency Management Collaboration with global and regional brand teams on digital briefing for quarterly plans including integration of drink strategies, product launches, topical trends, etc. Day-to-day management of our digital agencies for deployment of engaging owned and paid content and community management across Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. Provision of clear briefs to ensure development of impactful content and editorial calendars for owned channels and brand sites. Management of digital campaigns integrated into the brand and market specific fiscal plans. Reporting Identification and codification of best practice digital content programs. Delivery of monthly social media reporting for all brands and regular insights based on social listening via Talkwalker. Coordination with the brand teams and agencies to provide quarterly integrated digital reports for all brands, SEO keyword tracking and Campaign reports. Brand Support Monthly O&O editorial calendar overview call. Quarterly planning calls with markets. Weekly digital status meetings with brand teams/agencies. Skills and Experience THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Global digital experience at a digital or media agency; experience in brand management and spirits / beverage / luxury industry (at a globally relevant brand) would be a real benefit too. Proven track record of creating and delivering against a strategy with results. Deep understanding of digital ecosystem and consumer touchpoints. Entrepreneurial and scrappy mindset with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in managing a range of relationships (internal stakeholders up, down and across the organizational matrix). An outstanding communicator, both orally and visually.
