The team you will be a part of The Merchandising team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience. This role in summary You will be responsible for the launch execution and strategy of our product ranges to the end consumer on our trade partner websites and brand websites. The role will include managing the launch of our products on trade partner's websites by working closely with the central data team to ensure product data is cascaded into different workstreams in a digestible manner, suitable for our external stakeholders. Other responsibilities include strategizing and briefing the execution of rich content to sit on trade partner websites, managing the relationship with our review partners in order to get the most out of our review volume to drive sales and reporting/tracking the performance of our SKU’s in the market through availability, content compliance, reviews & category share. The foundations of role itself can be split into 3 pillars of success; Product Launch & Content, Syndication and Online Compliance/Reporting. Your responsibilities will include Brand websites & trade partners websites (product data, USPs, product content including; videos, images and interactive content). Trade partner bespoke activity (rich media creation/syndication). Launching new products into the UK market. Drive strategic change using the data analysis of our SKU’s performance on trade partners websites. Motivating and collaborating with peers across category management, commercial, supply and home delivery. Budget management and planning for bespoke content creation activity and review generation plans (Invoice processing and the raising of POs). Identifying opportunities to improve the representation of our products on trade partners websites through competitor analysis. Work alongside category managers and brand managers to deliver content in line with regular campaigns. Managing relationships with trade partners for ad-hoc requests about product data. Minimum requirements You should be a strong communicator who is adaptable, think strategically and creatively, are detail-oriented and are able to meet deadlines. You should thrive in a collaborative environment and possess strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills. You should also possess the following skills : Ownership of expertise mindset and the ability to set and meet deadlines, prioritise work intake, and work at pace. Strategic thinking and collaborator - someone that drives change. Keen attention to detail and a creative and intuitive approach to problem solving. Ability to manage large amounts of data from multiple sources. Experience processing invoices and financial statements. Strong written and verbal communication skills - outstanding standard of English spelling, punctuation and grammar. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop is essential. Numerate with good PC skills. Excel literate. Experience working on Google Suite; Sheets, Slides & Docs. Experience with XML data feeds / API’s. Able to shape and present results back to the business in a digestible manner. Preferred skills and experiences Experience managing people The ability to see projects through from inception to completion. Educated to A-Level standard or above.
