Qualis Solutions have an exciting opportunity for someone to work with a homecare organisation who are looking for a CQC Registered Domiciliary Manager in the MK41 Postcode area, . We are looking for somebody who is motivated, proactive and who is experienced in homecare services.The CQC Registered Domiciliary Manager will be responsible for building the branch which already has established itself locally and looking to grow to a busy and thriving care provision.Taking on clients, recruiting staff and ensuring that care is delivered in a safe and effective manner. On offer for the Registered Manager role is a salary of £40,000 plus performance related bonus depending on experience.There is an established team to support the role including a care co-ordinator and hr and compliance manager, you will be responsible to undertake care needs assessments, coordinate the staff rota, be on-call etc. Current weekly hours are 500 with ambitions to grow the service.Responsibilities include;Deliver the highest standards of care, service and staff support across all aspects of the businessIdentify business development opportunities and networks and strengthen the brand locallyTake responsibility for service care and staff compliance ensuring company policies and CQC regulations are adhered toComplete client reviews and assessmentsDeliver staff supervisions and head-up recruitment drives where necessaryCover on call for the serviceThe Successful Candidate;To be considered for the CQC Registered Domiciliary Manager role, you will;Need previous managerial experience - ideally a year or two as a Registered Manager but we will consider deputy manager's with the right values and experienceHold a QCF Level 5 or equivalentHave experience in leading and managing care teams and you will be well organised with excellent customer care skillsExperience of recruiting care staffExperience of working within domiciliary care before.Be a car driverHybrid working is available with 2 days minimum office basedThis is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation looking to grow and develop to deliver the best possible care for the people we provide care and support too.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: £40,000.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to £40,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityEducation:Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)Experience:registered manager: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in BedfordReference ID: MK/001
