About the role Drug and Alcohol Worker - Young Adults Location: Armley Park Court, Leeds Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (occasional evenings and weekends on a rota basis) **Please be advised a drivers license and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role** Ignite Change and Empower Young Adults! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for case management, community promotion, and ensuring unwavering quality assurance. Responsibilities: Case Management: Be the driving force behind young adults' drug and alcohol treatment journeys, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and delivering personalised interventions for real impact. Community Promotion: Amplify our services within the community, forging strong relationships with local organizations, and empowering young adults and their families through engaging education and awareness sessions. ✅ Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of care by implementing and adhering to service policies and procedures, conducting thorough audits, and maintaining meticulous records. About you Youth and Community Background: We're seeking candidates with a strong foundation in working with young adults in a youth and community setting, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of their unique challenges. College or University Background: If you've got a background in college or university environments, it's a major plus! Showcase your ability to connect with and support young adults in educational settings.
