The role: In this role you will support the leadership team to implement effective interventions to promote positive behaviours. Main responsibilities: To complete Early Help assessments. To support the pastoral teams with the development of individual behaviour plans for students at risk of disaffection and disengagement from education. To keep accurate and up-to-date records of all cases using SIMS and CPOMs and any other system/ processes necessary. To meet regularly with school leaders sharing all relevant information and agree actions. To advise and update school leaders of new cases and current cases, including causes for concern: completing actions as agreed. To prepare required documentation, including written reports. Attend meetings with external agencies to share information, advise and complete actions agreed.
