Reporting into the Head of Employee Experience and Learning, we’re looking for new perspectives on how we can foster an exceptional employee experience. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: This role will suit someone with loads of curiosity and creativity with very visible experience of employee engagement and employee experience. This experience will demonstrate a strong track record and passion for creating strategies and plans to implement employee experience and cultural transformation. The focus will be to: Develop and implement an employee experience strategy that aligns with our mission, vision, and values Design and execute recognition programs that recognize and reward employee performance and contributions to the company's success Create and manage employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys and focus groups, to gather employee feedback and insights to inform engagement and inclusion strategies Track and analyze employee engagement metrics and partner with the business to translate insight into action Coordinate and organize initiatives such as employee appreciation events and milestone celebrations that promote inclusion and belonging Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive employee experience across all touchpoints, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes Develop and execute employee wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being and foster an inclusive culture YOU’LL NEED Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee engagement, with a lens on D&IExperience with employee engagement survey tools Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment, fostering employee engagement and development, celebrating employee moments, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion Ideally experience of working in an agency or creative environment We recognise that some of the best people may have had career gaps or an unconventional work history.
