The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Events & Programme Coordinator who isn’t afraid to jump right in, be hands on and get to work: a fast learner with a proactive mindset who will thrive in an environment of high momentum and ambiguity. What you’ll do: You will help plan and execute on our events programme across London, Milan and Berlin from start to finish, as well as supporting with the day to day accelerator programme operations. We aim for Founders Factory to be the best platform for founders to start and grow their businesses. Events coordination: You will manage the events process from end to end and beyond You will be responsible for drafting and sending invitations and chasers, tracking attendance, gathering feedback, organising logistics and running things on the day You will work with our content and editorial lead to work out which events should be featured You will execute on a wide variety of events, including mainly: Investor showcases (aimed at 150+ leading investors), founder days (aimed at 100+ portfolio founders), fireside chats, virtual workshops, new market launches, off sites, community events and more. You will help manage our Founder peer-to-peer programme (where founders meet 4X a year in small groups to discuss a range of key topics) Programme management: Day to day support – Once a new company joins, you will be responsible for scheduling programme meetings and helping to ensure the team is aligned before the company starts You will help to manage internal resources and ensure our CRM is kept up-to-date and relevant You will manage the accelerator calendar, documentation, notes, collateral plus any other administrative task that is required for a smooth running programme What you’ll need: 1-3 years of prior experience that shows you meet above requirements Previous startup experience (events, operations, project management) A hunger to learn Well organised and strong attention to detail Problem solver and resilient Characteristics: Entrepreneurial and empathetic: you have an understanding of the challenges faced by both corporates and founders and are able to build strong relationships Commercially-minded: you are able to understand corporate pain points and conceptualise solutions from within our portfolio Communicative and expressive: you are able to get partners interested and excited about Founders Factory and our portfolio Creative and data-driven: you think big and execute fast on ideas you have to test efficacy Ambitious and curious: you have a drive to find solutions, and a curiosity for disruptive business models and ways of working Flexible and collaborative: not precious about roles, you’re a team player who does what it takes to get things done Organised and energetic: you are great at prioritising and managing workloads, and you love galvanising others to work with you Salary range: £28,000-£30,000 Salary range: £28,000 - £30,000 \uD83D\uDCC8 Benefits In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll also receive shares in the Founders Factory global portfolio.
