We have a number of positions available at our site in Peterborough.The shift patterns for this position would be:Saturday and Sunday 6am - 2pmYou will work as part of a team to carry out all Facility cleaning services on site. You will provide great service to our clients by ensuring that standards are maintained through adherence to the set processes on site. You will have high standards of cleanliness naturally and take pride in the work that you do.You will report to the Site ManagerResponsibilitiesKey responsibilitiesEnsuring the office are thoroughly cleaned each night to a high standardCleaning of staff facilities such as the canteen and toiletsReplenish any consumables requiredOccasional working in the warehouseMaintain a clean and safe working environment at all timesAdhere to all ISM and client health and safety rules and requirementsWear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or site-specific clothing as directedVacuuming of rooms and corridors and emptying of waste binsDusting and wiping furniture, ledges, chairs, and skirting boardsSweeping and mopping floor surfacesReport anything in need of repair or replacementRecord all cleaning tasks as directedMaintain good relations with client staff, contractors, and visitors to the siteSkills RequiredWork on their own initiative and organise their own time as they will be managed remotelyAbility to work flexibly as part of a teamReact to feedback appropriately to provide great service to customersGood attention to detail to deliver high standardsGood written and verbal communication skills are essential to communicate with customers and managers and comply with Health & Safety regulations.ExperiencePrevious cleaning experience is desired but not essentialThe ability to learn, and the capability to develop skills furtherAbout UsISM is a market leader in providing high quality facilities services nationwide.
