Team Introduction: The Finance BP - International Products team aims to provide timely, accurate, and clear financial information, valuable observations and suggestions through factual financial analysis. They support the business team in improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and thus effectively allocating resources and making strategic decisions to achieve operational and financial goals. 8-month Fixed Term Contract with potential to convert to Full Time Employee. Purpose of Role: TikTok Europe is seeking a Finance BP lead who will be a key contributor to TikTok's continued success in Europe. This role is based out of our London office. The new hire will play an integral role in assisting with business decisions and will act as a strategic partner to the key business functions such as the UK/Nordics General Manager, Content Partnerships, Programming, Marketing, and Safety. The Finance BP lead will be joining a small hands-on team with great opportunities to grow and expand their role as the team grows. Responsibilities: Provide strategic support and advice to GM, Marketing lead and function heads; Support teams to carry out the Financial Planning process of the key functions: develop near-term and long-term budget plans, monitor budget consumption over planning periods, carry out variance analyses, and update the budget/forecast periodically; Carry out financial performance analysis for the regional business, generate performance improvement proposals for the finance lead; Responsible for optimizing the practices, policies, programs, procedures and personnel activities; Partner with other business units and provide insightful and quality financial advice to support the company's business decision-making; Conduct regular industry analysis and Business Intelligence research. Qualifications Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Finance BP, FP&A or equivalent work experience in content, media or tech industry; Track record of experience with complex financial planning & analysis; Ability to work with large volumes of data and bring it to life in a simple, clear fashion; Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis; Strong communication skills, strong logical reasoning and critical thinking; Cross cultural communication and collaboration skills in a global working environment; Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and high growth environment; TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
