We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor, at The Westminster London, Curio Collection by Hilton . You will part of the F&B Team and will assist in delivering high standards of services to all hotel guests. Personality and Passion are what drive our company forward.The successful applicant ideally be coming from a large 4* background with experience of successfully supervising all aspects of F&B operation. You will be main role will be to oversee the smooth and efficient operation of our Breakfast Room, In Room Dinning as well as supporting other F&B Outlets.You will have the ability to create a great atmosphere, as an inspirational host of the F&B area and somebody who will go the extra mile at all times to deliver a great customer experience and surpass customer expectations encouraging repeat business and being the ‘face’ of the hotelKey objectives:Utilise food & beverage personnel between all outlets to minimize payroll expenditure and ensure flexibility of the teamEnsure all employees receive regular training to update their skills and knowledge and meet their own personal development needsTo set service standard to guests and staff within Food and Beverage outlets; including the taking of all orders, service of all food and drinks, preparation of all bills on POS System and taking payment for all bills.To carry out, in full, any reasonable delegated tasks as set by the Breakfast Manager and F&B DirectorMaximise the service opportunities for guests to ensure return visitsTo communicate efficiently with Chefs, breakfast team, F&B Management and the In Room Dining team.Complete knowledge of all items sold within Breakfast/In Room Dining and M&E.To monitor and respond to customer feedback.To ensure that our employees have the confidence and ability to use empowerment in a proactive manner for our guests needs and that you have confidence in their empowerment actionsExperience required:Previous experience at this level in similar environment required (desirable)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsPositive, can-do approachTeam playerExcellent customer service skillsGreat organisational skillsYour BenefitsFree meals on duty28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidaysPerkbox and Employee Assist HelplineHilton worldwide discounted employee/friends & family room ratesSocial events throughout the yearDiscount on Food & Beverage with the hotel outletsLearning & Development opportunitiesAnd many more……In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
