Fully Study Support if required Exposure to a wide range of finance projects Newly created role My client, a successful business who are going through a period of substantial change is recruiting an experienced Management Accountant to join their central finance team. Following a restructure, this roles has been created to support the Group Financial Controller in a range of business as usual tasks and ongoing projects. On offer is: Study Support Discretionary Bonus Hybrid working 25 days holiday Private Healthcare Career Development Free Parking - the office is commutable from Chester, Warrington, The Wirral and North Wales The role: Processing monthly journals Certain balance sheet reconciliations as to be determined Preparation of monthly management accounts Month end reporting included variance analysis and investigation Bank transfers and payments Assisting with the year end audit including preparation of supporting schedules and dealing with audit queries Partnering with transactional finance teams Assisting with testing/implementation of the ERP consolidation project later in 2023 Assisting with the implementation of improvement projects and providing constructive ideas for those improvement projects, e.g. Finance system consolidation Assisting the GFC or GFD with ad hoc analysis as required This role is going to be challenging, busy and very rewarding as the successful candidate will be at the heart of change, development and growth.
