We are looking for a Head of Athletic Training to join our Product team in South Africa. As a Head of Athletic Training, you will be managing and overseeing the group exercise programs within the business. The role: Overseeing the creation of new Virgin Active concepts Ensuring current concepts are up to date and being delivered at optimum service standards Leading project management of concept roll outs following the “Product Roll Out” plan Continuously evaluate concepts making changes based on performance, member feedback, industry trends Creating learning & development content – including learning flow, facilitator guides & manuals Line managing a team of concept “Leads” to ensure coverage across all clubs each month – focusing on concept standards, instructor development and quality assurance. Developing a clear career progression path way for each concept Creating programs a/workouts for the Online portal Delivering courses within the Academy What qualities does a Head of Athletic Training need to join Virgin Active? At least an elite Level Personal Training qualification or equivalent, with S&C and Boxing Specialism 5-8 years’ experience within a senior management role People management experience Ability to lead a manage a remote workforce You know how to implement GEX programs and love doing it Virgin Active South Africa Perks https://virginactivenho.ci.hr/applicant/index.php?controller=Page&name=perks
