Our team of highly qualified professionals are committed to delivering the best possible care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Health Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our medical professionals and ensuring the highest level of care for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate and attentive assistance to patients during consultations and treatments.Prepare examination and treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of equipment and supplies.Accurately record and maintain patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans, in our electronic medical record system.Assist our medical professionals in conducting routine examinations, diagnostic tests, and minor dermatological procedures.Ensure strict adherence to clinic protocols, infection control guidelines, and confidentiality standards.Educate patients on their treatment plans and post-treatment care, addressing any concerns or questions.Coordinate and schedule appointments, liaise with other healthcare providers as needed.Act as a friendly and approachable point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to continually improve knowledge and skills.Required Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in a healthcare setting, ideally within dermatology or a related field.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathise and engage with patients from diverse backgrounds.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of medical terminology and a basic understanding of dermatological conditions and treatments.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.Revitalise London Dermatology Clinic is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment.
