Care Assistant (Day shifts)Location: Dartford, Darenth, DA2Hours 33-44 hours per weekWe are looking for Care assistants with experience in the UK , able to work full-time.Run by Bondcare a reputable national care organisation, We have a modern purpose-built home in Norwich with various medical conditions, some including Dementia.Our wonderful team have created a warm, friendly environment for our residents to enjoy, and are dedicated to providing 24-hour care and assistance.Our home provides high quality Residential, Dementia and Nursing care for up to 45 residents.Benefits:Ongoing training provided for personal development and supportGuaranteed Full Time HoursPay rate £10.92Full InductionDay or Night Care Assistant shifts available, mixed available as wellPaid holidayThe opportunities to progress within the companyWorkplace Pension (NEST)2 free uniforms (tunics) and a badgeRefer a friend scheme - bonus awardedKey Responsibilities as Care AssistantTo provide support and guidance for our residents according to their care plans/support plans in enabling them to maintain as much independence as practicable.To promote Privacy and Dignity at all times whilst in the employment of CHC.To ensure that you contribute, to the best of your ability, to the efficient running of the home and the creation of an atmosphere conducive to the best interests of the residents.Provide care and support in a safe environment to all residents and their significant others within the Home under the supervision of the qualified nurse and senior carers.Ensure Residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences enhance their wellbeing.Ensure the resident’s room is kept tidy.
