Job description

We are looking for 1 motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Assistant band 3 to work across our Liverpool sexual health Services (Royal Liverpool, City Centre and Garston clinic). The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be well organised, have good personal time management. The candidates must have NVQ 3 or equivalent in Health care Previous sexual health experience would be an advantage. The department has an Electronic Patient Record System therefore previous experience of using an Electronic Patient Record System is advantageous. This position does have a requirement to work either in community outpatient sexual health settings across Liverpool. Chaperone Doctors/Nurse practitioners with sexual health screening Venepuncture Assist with specialist clinics Maintaining stock levels alongside housekeeper Working autonomously with rapid access clinics Completing audits and daily check lists Computer input Health promotion Ensuring samples are labelled and in correct bags Flexible working cross site working Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust was created on 1 October 2019 following the merger of two adult acute Trusts, Aintree University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust.
