Hourly PA / Carer / Support worker / Graduate – PlymouthStart Date: September 2023Location: PlymouthShift Pattern: 42 hours per week (Monday-Friday)Pay & Benefits:Pay: £15 p/hHolidays: 5.6 weeks (pro rata)Bespoke training in the client’s particular requirements will be givenOn-call support from client coordinatorAbout our clientOur client is an 18 year-old college student and is planning to attend the University of Plymouth to study Marketing in September. He lives with Congenital Myopathy, which profoundly weakens his muscles and is a full-time wheelchair user. Therefore, he will need assistance with completing everyday tasks such as personal care and cooking, and other general support as required.As well as enjoying marketing and social media, our client enjoys a range of other hobbies including boxing, gaming and listening to a variety of different music genres. He also loves to get out and about socialising with friends, and hopes to do more of this at university.As written by him…“I plan to move and attend the University of Plymouth to study Marketing. I am very interested in the social media space, and would like to go onto working in the creative industry. Potentially working for clients or creating my own marketing agency!I am looking for someone who is confident and outgoing, who will be able to help me settle into a new environment.
