Guinness Property provide repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance and improvement services to ensure that our customers’ homes are safe and maintained to high standard. About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an Housing Repairs Scheduler to join our Guinness Property team based at our office in Chesterfield. This is a permanent, full-time vacancy working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our working style is hybrid, which offers the opportunity to work 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Specific days to be agreed during the Recruitment and on-boarding process. Reporting to the Operational Support Manager and working closely with the regional operational team, you’ll be responsible for providing a high quality, planning and co-ordination service for Responsive Repairs. About You We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You’ll also be able to demonstrate: Experience of working in a customer focused environment. Experience of working within agreed performance targets. Excellent oral and written communications. Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Experience of working with databases. Demonstrate the Guinness Behaviours. Desirable: Experience of working with large volume data processing activities. Experience of scheduling work. Experience of working with subcontractors. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Experience of working with invoices / accounts. Applications close at Midnight on Thursday 31st August.
