Job description
Role Title: HR Business Partner Locations: Hybrid working in Edinburgh 3 days a week in office Salary: £50,00 - £60,000 + 10% bonus Sanderson are working exclusively with a leading financial services provider to identify a HR Business Partner for a permanent role based in Edinburgh. This role would be perfect for a proactive individual with a generalist HR background and solid business partnering skills. As HR Business Partner you will: Provide effective and efficient partnering to the business, drawing on experience and best practice to develop a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Efficiently partner key stakeholders across multiple functions with the delivery of all year-round activities and developing and implementing a range of HR projects and initiatives. Think and operate strategically whilst remaining hands on at all times, this is a true generalist role. Responsibilities Developing, growing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders Coaching, facilitating and implementing HR initiatives Providing frequent data analytics to key stakeholders/leaders/managers to help drive insight, trend analysis and actions Implementing effective people management strategies Providing input on ER matters where required Proactive preparation & leading of employee life cycle activity with line managers Contributing to the development and retention of talent Desirable Skills and Experience Curious and proactive personality Experience in a corporate environment, ideally financial services Track-record of successfully coaching and developing senior managers on HR and ER matters in a complex environment Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong employment law knowledge CIPD Qualified or equivalent is desirable, but not essential How To Apply: Please apply online or contact Joe Donnelly [email protected]
