Coordinator to join and support their rapidly expanding teams and commercial residents across their locations in London and Devon as they enter a high-growth phase.BENEFITS INCLUDE:Full medical care package.24/7 Counselling serviceCycle to work Scheme.23 days paid holiday + 1 for every year at the company up to a max of 3On-site company discountsTeam outings and eventsPrivate pension contributionsOnline discount subscriptionROLE OVERVIEW:Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing a first-class service to commercial residents, responding quickly and effectively to ensure minimal disruption to their businesses.You will be expected to contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s entire IT infrastructure, suggesting improvements and implementing a plan to see them through in a timely and cost-effective manner.Experience in the development and marketing of internet provision & support packages in a similar setting would be beneficial as they look to refine their current offering to clients ahead of impending growth plans.Forging strong relationships with both commercial residents and members of the company team throughout this high-growth phase, the ideal candidate should demonstrate an in-depth and creative approach to networks, IT and communications.RESPONSIBILITIES:Support with system and network administration, design, documentation, implementation, and testing.Assist with IT set-up for new building sites; source equipment and ensure all components meet needs and work together seamlessly within the project budget & timeframe.Provide technical support to all employees and onboard new starters.Implement a troubleshooting procedure and train/encourage junior staff & commercial residents to attempt resolution of issues where possible. Providing in-person or remote support to issues beyond this.Lead on software & hardware ticket receipt, triage (including categorisation, prioritisation, and initial diagnostics), investigation and resolution within SLA, where possible.Monitor system and network performance.Carry out an audit of existing infrastructure, assessing the longevity and scalability of all systems and equipment.Propose plans to improve efficiency and performance, along with budget forecasts and project timelines.Take ownership of internet packages as a revenue stream; apply in-depth knowledge of the market to improve the performance and profitability of the company’s current packages.Perform repairs and data restoration with minimal disruption to operations.Organise, record, label and relay all important information regarding on-site equipment to contractors and other company team members when required.Maintain licences and upgrade schedules.Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a customer service environment.A good understanding of network hardware internals, including forwarding, filtering, and policing mechanisms.An awareness of network protocols, including IP and related transports.The ability to implement applications and software upgrades, as well as performance troubleshooting.Strong understanding of wireless protocols and troubleshooting.Excellent customer service skills.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionCycle to work schemeHealth & wellbeing programmePrivate medical insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork Location: In personReference ID: 1438624
