Job description

I am working with a leading financial services company who are looking for someone with strong Intune and general Windows environment experience to work onsite supporting their user base. You will be the sole support specialist providing day-to-day support to approximately 50 users, as well as project support. Based in Manchester you will be delivering exceptional IT Support working on tickets and service requests, the right person will have previous experience working in a hands-on support role and be an expert with Office 365 and Intune. Required Skills and Experience: Strong experience across Windows Desktop Support, including Intune and Office365. Previous experience providing support to stakeholders via Teams, Email, Phone and Face2Face Ability to work with 3rd Party Suppliers and follow directions to resolve issues Knowledge and understanding of best practice frameworks for the delivery of IT systems Additional technical skills covering Windows 10 Operating Systems Support, SCCM, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory and networking concepts.
