Job description

A vacancy has arisen for an IT Technician to provide support of endpoints, users, the wired/wireless network, phone system and the support of the printing and copier fleet. The role also includes project work as directed by the IT Services Manager. The post holder will work as part of the IT/AV Team to provide general IT support to end users and equipment as well as taking on and responding to new tasks as required by the IT department. The IT Technician will be a willing, mature and dedicated individual who is methodical, pragmatic and a well organised person paying attention to detail. The IT Technician will be able to respond promptly and effectively when issues arise.
