Job description
We are looking for dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our catering team working in an Adult Mental Health Care Centre in Bradford, BD3, West Yorkshire.Experience is preferred but fully training will be given to ensure you have all the skills needed to provide the very highest standards in your role.The role will include assisting the chef with preparation, cooking and serving of meals, washing up after meals. Ensure all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately, and that the overall cleaning of the kitchen is carried out effectively. You will be required to work some weekends and bank holidays/religious holidays.All our employees complete a comprehensive in-service induction program that includes shadow shifts. You will be enrolled to our excellent e-learning programmes and, face to face training and development sessions to enhance and refresh your skills and knowledge. You’ll receive one to one supervision with your line manager along with an annual appraisal.
