Based at Eskmills Venue Musselburgh, which is where we build all our menus and prep all our events.Key DeliverablesDuties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:· Washing up, cleaning, and clearing all kitchen areas.· Unloading and putting away deliveries.· Emptying bins, sweeping, and mopping floors.· Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly.· Occasionally helping with food prep work.· Ability to perform cleaning tasks to a high standard while unsupervised.· Assist in upkeep of kitchen equipment.The PersonWe are a friendly, decent bunch and we respect our people, places and planet.
