Learning and Development Advisor - Delivery Remote - travel based across the south of England Up to £35,000 plus £3k car allowance & benefits Permanent & Full Time SF are currently working with an exciting client of ours who are a healthcare provider who are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer to join the team due to rapid growth. You will support on the core training function across our client's group of businesses, ensuring that all training programmes and information are coordinated and delivered in the right way. This role is essential to the team to ensure all employees receive a great experience when attending a training course, weather that be at their induction on day 1 or refresher training years down the line into their career. You will need to have a proven track record of strong relationship building as you will work with a range of stakeholders - being HR, Managers across the business, front line teams and external individuals. This role involves travel across the South (London, Southampton, and Norwich to name a few areas), where your normal week will most likely look like training 3-4 days a week and 1-day online training. Duties within the role: - Management of full course - inviting, scheduling, updating records and course feedback - Deliver a minimum of 1-2 training courses per week - this will be a real mix of company inductions, moving & handling training and other industry specific training - Arrange hospitality - equipment for participants, booking venues, organising materials, room layout etc Writing course objectives and overviews, following up with all participants Lead on all spreadsheets to support and track the development of employees across the business Update all data with relevant systems Support in driving apprenticeships programs, working with their providers and learners to achieve engaged learners - Produce training completion - due and overdue compliance reports Contribute in meetings to drive their L&D agenda forward If you feel this could be a fit for what you are currently looking for, please apply now!
