The role includes contributing to the academic development, course management, teaching, research development, and scholarship within the School in the area of Theatre and Performance. We are seeking a positive individual who has a passion for Theatre. This is a highly practical role and includes supporting students with understanding theory and practice, contributing to theatre-based practice and supporting individual and collaborative creative devised activities. The successful applicant should have a strong commitment to student experience, a passion for theatre teaching and a good understanding of theatre in context. The successful candidates for this post will be student-focused and have Higher Education delivery experience and/or relevant experience. They will have a good good honours degree and higher degree in a relevant subject or a willingness to undertake a higher degree. You will have a flexible and innovative approach to teaching and learning and have an organised approach to studio-based teaching as well as tutorials.
